Absolutely amazing service. Responded to all my initial queries promptly and helped me choose the perfect sewing machine for my needs. Delivery was within a couple of days, and they took the time to explain everything to me and show me how everything worked with my new machine. Brought me extra bobbins and needles, and even some thread in case I needed it.
